The last date again has been extended till 15th March 2023 (5 PM). Earlier it was extended from 31st January 2023 to 28th February 2023.

As you know, the last date to apply for patent and trademark agent examination was January 31st which was extended to February 28, 2023 (5 PM) by a public notice on 31st January.
It has further been extended till March 15, 2023 (5 PM).

For those who don’t know, the Patent and Trademark Agent Examinations are conducted by the intellectual property office of India from time to time.
If you successfully register yourself as an agent for either patents or trademarks or both, you become eligible to file patent and trademark applications with the Indian intellectual property office.
Regarding this, you will be happy to know that on average, you as an agent, be it a patent agent or trademark agent, can earn around Rs 7 lakh per annum. With experience, it is only going to rise.
Moreover, this is a great opportunity to enter into one of the fastest-growing sectors in India.

According to the public notice by the Office of CGPDTM, which is in continuation of public notice dated 02/01/2023, the last date of submission of the Online application form for the Patent Agent & Trademark Agent Examination has been extended till February 28th, 2023 (5:30 PM).
